NATURES BERRY SMOOTHIE

Blueberries and strawberries, two of my favourite fruits, provide amazing health benefits. Smoothies can be enjoyed first thing in the morning to kick-start your day, as a refreshing lunchtime boost, a post-workout refuel, or even a light and wholesome dessert.
